Creating Genetic Programming Engine for Designing of Low power LSI Chips for achieving 40 nm half pitch development of basic technology for next-generation semiconductor materials and processes, including technology related to an ultrascaled CMOS device with a novel structure, emerging technologies for interconnects. All routing of interconnects will be designed using Genetic Programming.
Using Genetic Programming Engine High Power Inverter Design to cater for requirements of Wind Generators, Solar Generators to augment Power to the Power Grid. These invertors will have applications in Transportation, Space and many other areas. These inverters will be designed using Silicon Carbide Semiconductors.
Fuel cell technologies have applications in Power Generation as well in Transportation. This research and development project combines the knowledge of reaction and degradation mechanisms with cutting-edge technologies, including nanotechnology, to study new materials such as catalysts, polymer electrolyte membranes, and membrane electrode assemblies.
